i have ... a ton of stuff i could put for this prompt , so i suppose i'll just ... make a list ?


Ellipsus

a new google-docs esque writing tool with no ai features , a bunch of really nice website color schemes , and a draft function so you can have multiple sections / versions of the same base document ! i've been using this since the middle of last year and have really enjoyed it .

Ezgif

the website i've been using to make and edit gifs since ... forever ! it's super intuitive and useful for basically all the gif-related tasks i need , and i highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get into gif making but either doesn't know where to start or doesn't want to download anything .

CloudConvert

another website i don't remember a time not using is cloudconvert . a powerful website made to convert files into different formats ; i highly recommend it !

OneLook Thesaurus

a super useful online thesaurus that lets you look up and find the synonyms of words not just through the word itself but through descriptions of its meaning . it lets you look up specific meanings of a certain word , which is incredibly helpful ! also includes many other word features , + has a normal dictionary as well .

Fanfiction: Sick Day by merduff

as i've talked about in other posts , i've read through a ton of fic from the sick!wilson anonymous community here on dreamwidth as well as live journal , and that is where i found this fic . and i absolutely adore it ! the whole plot is that , following the end of s4 , wilson gets the flu , and house ( as well as the rest of the cast ) take care of him in their own ways .i think the review i posted on it summarizes my thoughts the best :

"his is my favorite house fic i’ve currently found on the internet. it characterizes everyone near perfectly, and just. has? everyone? it’s incredibly rare to find a fic of this quality but especially a fic of this quality with more than house and maybe cuddy, but this has all three of them as well as the s5 fellows and it feels incredibly natural for all of them to be there in the plot. not to mention the way cuddy is utilized as someone who actually appreciates and cares for wilson rather as a pawn to stir the plot and get mad at house which makes me? sososo happy? as someone who adores wilson and cuddys dynamic. all in all 10/10 fic ive read it like 7 or 8 times by now and i will continue to reread it."

there are also tons of other fic in the same genre that i could recommend , so if anyone is ever curious , please let me know !

Youtubers: ChubbyEmu and Patrick Kelly

while i go through many different "youtuber obsessions" over the span of a few months , currently the two youtubers i've been watching the most are chubbyemu and patrick kelly . chubbyemu is pretty well known ; he does those "a family of five ate expired cheese . this is what it did to their brain" videos . but patrick kelly is far less known ; he makes videos on the history of different medicines and general medical procedures . i think my personal favorite video by him as of right now is his video on the history of anthrax !

aaand that is all , for now ! i know i have sooo many other things i could share , but these are just the ones i can think of off the top of my head that i use often , hehe ...
